rachel is a disabled administrator with 6+ years experience crafting equitable accessibility in the arts. Often working as the intermediary between disabled artists/community organizations and venues, rachel revels in building meaningful connection and trust through both tangible skill-building and cultural consultation. She provides direct administrative support to artists and community-centered organizations, and is adept at crafting creative access by way of image/video description, transcripts, and (on an evolving basis) creative music captions. When not at a computer, rachel prefers to be with bare feet and hands in the dirt –– ideally with an animal or two in tow!
